The Institute of Latin American Studies at Columbia University brings together faculty, students, and visiting scholars with interests in anything related to Latin America. Its role as a provider of resources and opportunities made it essential for ILAS to have a clear and easy-to-use website. We carefully reviewed the site's goals from the outset and devised a structure to help organize the content in a way that could make sense to a first-time visitor. The result was a simple and fast website that presents a great deal of information without intimidating the visitor.

Built on Expression Engine and utilizing JQuery elements in place of Flash, the site can be easily maintained and organized by our client. We also designed their new logo.
